I just wanted to let everyone know that I finaly fell down in the steeplchase pit! This is the first time ever but I did it becuse I thought that I was going to break my leg. I landed wrong and I just decided to roll down like I have done back home when I'm about to twist an ankle. OMG, I would have never thought that this moment would ever happen yet, it has and its sad. I was running with guys who run sub 9min steeplechase's and i fell down, not to mention that I fell like a jack ass for running so crappy... point is that its been two weeks not that I have ran bad, tomorrow or today should not be like these last two meets.
